The rules here are simple.
1.) The site you are advertising must have a guest friendly advertising spot as well.
2.) Your site must not be X rated, if it is R rated it must be clearly labeled in the add.
3.) Your site image must not stretch the advertising board, it eats our bandwidth.
That's all, not too bad, eh?
